While many are leaving BiH, Bosnian Esmir Kadric is expanding his Business

Every day, a large number of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) decide to leave their homeland. Many with a heavy heart go far from their birthplace and build their new home hundreds or thousands of kilometers away.

However, there are other examples of people who see their future only in BiH. One of them is Esmir Kadric, who had an interesting life path. As an elementary and high school student, he was a very good student and regularly won first place in physics and mathematics competitions.

He was always extremely hard-working and at the age of 16, in exile in Novi Pazar, he began to learn the trade. He got a job in the service of chainsaws and lawnmowers. He slowly gained valuable knowledge and after the war, he returned to Blazuj near Sarajevo. At the age of 22, he started his own business, which over time grew into the company PROX, which gathered the world’s largest tool manufacturers in one place.

A few days before Independence Day, he opened his fourth branch and, as he says, he hasn’t been happier in a long time.

”There is no end to my happiness because I provided jobs for five workers and ensured that five more families stay in our one and only BiH. We all have to do our best to keep people from leaving BiH. Everyone should ask themselves what they did to prevent at least one person from leaving. Many people gave their lives for their homeland and for their families to build a future there. I know it’s not easy. I am a born fighter and I have achieved everything through my efforts and work. I had a large number of offers to leave my homeland and invest the money I earned in other countries. That never occurred to me, because I see my future, as well as that of my children, only in BiH,” told Esmir Kadric, who points out the merits of all employees – the PROX family, and especially long-time first associate Armin Vrabac, Biznis Info reports.
