Nazif Mujić, the winner of the Silver Bear for best leading actor at the 63rd Film Festival in Berlin, found a job at the Tuzla “Panonica”.
The most well-known Roma in Europe will be a cultural animator starting on 6 May.
“Our job is to animate the guests, to entertain them and to give them another story with “Panonika”, announced the Director Maid Porobić, and emphasized that Mujić will contribute to this.
Nazic Mujić is from Poljica near Tuzla, who went from collecting scrap metal to one of the highest artistic honors, said that his only wish was employment in order to secure a stable salary to feed his family.
Municipality Tuzla received Mujić in a visit, and promised that it would try to find a job for him.
Municipality Tuzla planned to find him employment as part of the implementation of the Federal program for employment of Roma, but the realization is delayed due to legal procedures.
