From today until 15 April next year, regardless of the weather conditions, vehicles in B&H must have the appropriate winter equipment.
Winter tires on all four wheels are mandatory for passenger cars and all other motor vehicles that do not have more than eight seats and whose maximum weight does not exceed 3,5 tons.
Winter tires are required that have “MS”, “M+S” or “M on the side and a snowflake sign, and whose depth tread is at least four millimeters.
There can be summer tires whose depth of tread is at least four millimeters, but the accessories must be suitable for mounting chains on the wheels during winter conditions.
