Winter Season officially opened on BH Mountains

Winter season was opened yesterday on Bjelasnica, for which PUC ZOI 84 claim that it was the most successful opening in the last 25 years.

Winter season officially started today, even though the program starts from the 23^rd of December with performances of some of the regional names when it comes to DJs. About 500 people enjoyed until the early morning hours together with employees ZOI 84, and for last night was scheduled spectacle and performance of the popular group S.A.R.S. that will certainly be the reason for about 5,000 people, at least according to expectations of coordinator of marketing services in PUC ZOI 84, Suad Jusic, to come on Bjelasnica and Babin Do.

On the occasion of the opening of the winter tourist season he gave more information on the situation on the ski slopes, which is satisfactory. There will not be a problem even if there is no snowfall.

“Every day from the 17^th of December in function will be ski lift BX, which was put into operation together with the connecting trail and part of downhill trails thanks to the artificial snow. Employees of ski center will try to secure artificial snow on other capacities that will be put into operation. Night skiing is active in term from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I’m sure that ate the beginning of January will be increased rainfall, so that other capacities will be in function on Bjelasnica, and Veliko and Malo Polje. However, we have an efficient system of artificial snow,” said Jusic.

In PUC ZOI 84 are very happy for the opening of the new winter season and expect a continuation of the successful traditions.

“This is the best opening of the winter season in the last 25 years and we are proud of it. We are impressed with satisfaction of visitors with our program. I’m sure it will continue to be like that, especially after performance of SARS I hope that the administration of ZOI 84 will continue with the tradition to organize a better opening of the winter tourist ski season every year,” finished Jusic.
