Zvizdic: BiH is not a “composed state”, but an internationally recognized and independent State

Since the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina declared the phrase “joint institutions” unconstitutional and illegal, anti-state-oriented politicians, and even some representatives of the international community, start using another anti-constitutional phrase “federal state”, warned Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Zvizdić.

“The intention of the Bosnian-phobic politicians from the BiH entity RS is clear, and when it comes to the representatives of the international community, I hope it is a slip of a tongue. If that is the case, then I warn them to stop using such a phrase immediately,” wrote Zvizdić on his official Facebook profile.

He emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a “federal state”, nor a “composed state”, but an internationally recognized and independent state with its territorial integrity, sovereignty, political independence and international legal subjectivity.

“Bearing in mind the earlier practice of the international community in ‘equalizing blame and creating an artificial balance’, which often contradicted the principles of international and domestic legislation, I call on the Office of the High Representative (OHR) not to apply such a principle in the process of solving the issue state property, and that the law on state property does not connect with any other issue, especially not in the sense of any political trade or rotten compromises aimed at creating unconstitutional, illegal and unsustainable ‘balances’,” said Zvizdić.
