Emir of the State of Qatar announced Medical Assistance to Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turkovic received a telegram from the Emir of the State of Qatar Tamam bin Hamad Al Thani in which he conveyed his best wishes for prosperity and progress of friendly Bosnia and Herzegovina with the desire for further progress of bilateral relations between the two countries in the time to come.

The Emir sent a telegram on the occasion of the month of Ramadan, and at the same time announced medical assistance to Bosnia and Herzegovina as support of the state of Qatar for efforts in the fight against the coronavirus epidemic.

It is stated in the telegram that they are waiting to receive confirmation which is the largest plane that can land at the Sarajevo airport.

Minister Turkovic was the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Qatar before taking over her current duty, the MFA of BiH stated.
