At the second session of the Collegium for European Integration of BiH, as the highest-ranking body in the mechanism of coordination of the process of European integrations of BiH were adopted the Rules of the work of Collegium, the Rules of work of the Ministerial Conferences and Instructions on forming thematic ministerial conferences.
Collegium for European Integration of BiH agreed on forming 33 working groups, which will include representatives of institutions in accordance with the constitutional responsibilities for individual topics and whose current task will be the preparation of the unique responses of BiH to the European Commission.
At the session that was chaired by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdic together with the entity Prime Ministers and in the presence of Prime Minister of the FBiH, cantons and the Mayor of Brcko District, it was concluded that the process of preparing responses to the Questionnaire from the first phase, which was successfully completed with contribution of responses from the relevant institutions at all levels of BiH, moved to phase that includes the functioning of the coordination process of European integration, in order to achieve coherence in the work of institutions at all levels of government for professional, expert, and timely preparation of responses to 3,242 questions from the European Commission.
