According to the data from the official website of Air Arabia company, flights will be introduced from the 18th of March. The planes will fly three times a week – on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays from Sharjah to Sarajevo.

Representatives of the airline confirmed this information during the promotion of BiH in Mumbai, which was held yesterday. The event was organized by the Indian company Mantri Constructions and it was attended by the ambassador of our country in India Sabit Subasic, director of Bollywood Imtiaz Ali, representatives of Mantri Constructions, Air Arabia, the film industry and tourist agencies.

“India is very important market for BiH. The people in India should know that BiH is a beautiful country that can offer everything to tourists. It may be a popular destination for holiday, relaxation and film-making,” said Ambassador Subasic, adding that 70 % of BiH is covered with forests.

Bollywood director Ali invited all Indians to visit BiH, and emphasized that it will be much easier for everyone now with a regular airline.

“BiH is great holiday destination, and the Indian people love to explore new destinations all around the world. Now we have a very good connection through Sharjah from 13 cities in India. Thanks to the company Air Arabia, Indians will now pay a nominal price in order to visit BiH and explore it. Number of Indian tourists will increase after the airline is introduced,” said Sachin Nene, regional manager of Air Arabia.
