Ambassador of France Won at the Bicycle Race on Bjelašnica

FRANCE-MUSIC-CANADAThe bicycle race ‘Bjelašnica Mountain Bike Cross 2013’ was held yesterday at Bjelašnica. At this year’s, second race, 45 competitors from B&H and countries in the region participated.

In addition to people from Bihać and Slovenia who crossed the longest path in order to participate at this manifestation, and the winner was the Ambassador of France to B&H Roland Gilles.

At this year’s race, competitors from various cycling clubs in B&H and countries in the region participated. A path length of 25 kilometers, Gilles finished it in one hour and four minutes.

In second and third place were representatives of clubs from Bihać and Sarajevo.

Gilles assessed this manifestation as a project of importance for culture, tourism and tradition in B&H.

The organizer of this project was the Association ‘Metamorfoza’ from Sarajevo.
