President of RS National Assembly Igor Radojičić accepted the call to visit Greek Parliament in April together with the Chairman of FBiH House of Representatives and talk with Greek officials.

Yesterday, he talked in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of Greece to BiH Karolos Gadis about the current and future activities of RS Parliament as well as about stances of RS concerning the open political issues.

Radojičić also informed Gadis about stances and principles of solving the implementation of ‘Sejdić-Finci’ ruling and expressed the hope that the agreement could be made in the next two weeks in the already ongoing process.

Gadis greeted the active role of RS and its representatives in solving the aforementioned issues and expressed full support to Greece of the accession of the Balkans country to the EU.

Gadis also noted that Greece is one of the authors of Thessaloniki Process from 2003, which deals with the accession of the Balkans countries to the EU.

Greek Ambassador in a different meeting, talked with RS Prime Minister Željka Cvijanović, and they both noted the joint interest for improvement of existing relations, exchange of experience and practice in trade and tourism.

Gadis noted that the talks about the establishment of air-line Banja Luka- Athens are in the final stage.

They also talked about the results of the meeting in Brussels which was organised by the European Commission, in relation to implementation of decision of European Court of Human Rights in the case of ‘Sejdi and Finci vs. BiH’.
