sportski_centar_banja_lukaAfter Orašje and Zenica, Banja Luka will also receive a new sports center worth 7 million KM. The RS Football Association hopes that by 2015 two football fields 7.000 square meters will be built. FIFA has already donated 400.000 US dollars for this project.

In addition to football fields, as part of the sports center there will be tennis courts and an area for recreation. People will have the opportunity to experience comfort. Stadiums will be different in that they will be designed in such a way so that people could simultaneously watch the game on both courts. It is anticipated that on the field with grass there will be one stadium that could seat around 1.500 people, and on the field with artificial grass around 500, which means around 2.000 people will be able to follow games.

The stadiums will be available for use to all clubs from the RS, and the first match is expected to take place in around two years.
