The B&H Basketball team travelled yesterday to Athens, where they will play in the second preparatory tournament in the qualification for the European Championship that begins in Slovenia at the beginning of September.
The best B&H basketball players on the tournament will play a control game against Greece, Italy and Lithuania.
The players chosen by coach Aleksandar Petrović will play the first game tonight at 21:00 against their Greek hosts, a team that they beat at the tournament in Ulm, Germany last week.
The match against Italy is scheduled to take place tomorrow at 18:30, while at the same time on Thursday they will play against Lithuania.
At last week’s tournament in Ulm, B&H had two wins (Germany and Greece) and one defeat (Macedonia).
At Eurobasket in Slovenia the B&H team will be in the B Division with Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Latvia.
B&H will meet Latvia at the first match on 4 September.
