BH Olympic team attended the Opening of the Olympic Games in Rio (VIDEO)

OlympicsThe Olympic Team ofBiH walked down the famous Maracana where the opening ceremony of the 31st Olympic Games that will be held until the 21st of August in Rio de Janeiro took place.

Athlete Amel Tuka carried the flag of BiH, and besides him, BiH is represented by athletes Hamza Alic, Kemal Mesic, Mesud Pezer, Lucia Kimani, judoka Larisa Ceric, swimmers Amina Kajtaz and Mihajlo Ceprkalo, tennis players Damir Dzumhur and Mirza Basic and shooter Tatjana Djekanovic.

Together with our athletes, part of BH delegation led by the head of the mission Said Fazlagic, walked down the Maracana Stadium in Rio as well.

The greatest chance for winning medal, BH public gives to Amel Tuka who won the bronze medal at the World Championships in Beijing last year.

Besides Djekanovic, swimmer Amina Kajtaz will have her debut performance at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro  today in the 100-meter butterfly, and the competition starts at 6 pm (CET).

Representatives of BiH tennis, Damir Dzumhur and Mirza Basic, will also perform on the first day after opening. Damir Dzumhur will play against Dudi Sela from Israel today at 8:30 pm, while Mirza Basic will play against Juan Monaco at 10:00 pm (CET).
