The new building will change the image of Tuzla. People are already buying flats-the construction of the hotel and spa complex ‘’Mellain Tuzla’’ will cost 120 million KM.

The construction of the complex will cost 120 million KM. Local firms are exclusively engaged in this project and in this way will support BiH’s economy and provide jobs for people.

‘’Mellain’’ will completely change what Tuzla has to offer, which in the last few years, thanks to its salt lakes, will intensively develop as the tourist center of the region. There will be 135 luxury apartments and 15 spacious suites.

There will also be a spa center, a pool for guests on the 21st floor, an area for fitness and yoga, sauna, massage, restaurants, cafes and other attractive facilities. It will be a five-star hotel with a nightclub, casino, and multi-purpose hall. There will be a shopping center, exclusive fashion shops and business premises. The hotel will also have a direct connection with the thermal resort and salted swimming pool, which will be marketed as health tourism in the market.

What is especially attractive is the Olympic sized swimming pool that is ideal for sporting events. There will be room for swimmers to train, which they currently do not have.

‘’Tuzla offers what no other city in BIH has-salt and medicinal water. It is found in abundance here, and the city is known for traditional spa treatment. Thus, we will open the spa center based on providing modern and fully-equipped services to people and offer quality services and accommodation. We decided to have Center ‘’Mellain’’ as place to have a great vacation and as center of healing. We believe that the center will be one of the most important in terms of medical tourism in BiH’’, said Safet Bašić, Director of the Company UniBristol, which began in 2010 to construct this residential and office building.
