We unequivocally condemn the attack on civilians in Kramatorsk, Ukraine today, wrote the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bisera Turkovic, on her Twitter account, yesterday.
“We believed that the horrific scenes of shelling of civilians in BiH 30 years ago would remain a relic of the past. Unfortunately, they are not. The persecution of people guilty of war crimes remains a permanent obligation,” she said.
The attack on the Kramatorsk railway station, which was used to evacuate civilians in eastern Ukraine, happened yesterday, causing numerous casualties.
The exact number of victims is still unknown. According to the latest information, the number of victims has risen to 50, five of whom are children.
