BiH expects Drop in Temperature and Snow

On Sunday, October 15, we are expecting a change in weather that will bring a drop in temperature and precipitation throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The end of September and the first half of October marked the beautiful weather conditions characteristic of the Michaelmas summer, however, the weekend ahead brings a change in the weather outlook. After a very warm and sunny Saturday, a change in weather awaits us on Sunday.

On the second day of the weekend, we expect cloud cover followed by rain and local thundershowers, which will make it noticeably colder. The change in weather will first affect the northwest and north of the country already in the morning, and during the day the rest of the country.

It will get noticeably colder, with a chance of snow flakes on the tops of the highest mountains when the precipitation ends.

According to meteorologists, the most rainfall during the week is expected in northwestern and western Bosnia, the Krajina, with 15 to 35 mm of rain forecast.

Less precipitation in the rest of the country.

Precipitation will pass over our region relatively quickly and its end is expected in the night from Sunday to Monday.

The beginning of the next week will be fresh, while from the middle of the week it will be southerly with rising temperatures. Changeable weather continues with frequent clouds and occasional rain, which, as usual, would be mostly in Herzegovina and western Bosnia, along with the south.
