Book ‘Sarajevo, My City’ presented in Bosnian Cultural Centre

sarajevo_mon_amour_by_edamak-d33k0wv‘Sarajevo, My City’ is the name of the book of group of authors, published by publishing house ‘Rabic’ which was presented last night before numerous visitors in Bosnian Cultural Centre, reports Fena.

The book is a collection of texts of numerous authors who wrote about Sarajevo from different perspectives, and by doing so, they presented Sarajevo’s history, memory and emotions.

Readers will be able to read texts of Ivo Andrić, Zuko Džumhur, Izet Kiko Sarajlić, Tin Ujević, Ahmed Burić, Miljenko Jergović, Predrag Matvejević, Marijan Karaula, Josip Pejaković, Slobodan Stajić, Eli Tauber.

The chief editor of the book Željko Ivanković said that the book is the first in the planned series of books that talk about Sarajevo from different perspectives and it will present memories, travel stories about Sarajevo.

He pointed out that the second book should be published by the end of this year.
