The Indirect Taxation Authority informs the public that the Gradiška – Stara Gradiška border crossing will open for traffic tomorrow, October 30, 2026, at 8:00 AM.

International passenger traffic will be permitted at this border crossing, specifically for passenger motor vehicles, buses, and empty freight vehicles.

Please note that the transport of commercial goods will not be permitted at this border crossing.

We advise citizens, transport operators, and all other road users to take this information into account when planning their journeys and to adhere to the established traffic regulations at this border crossing.

With the opening of this crossing, two border crossings will be operational in the Gradiška area as of tomorrow: Gradiška – Stara Gradiška and Gradiška Novi Most – Gornji Varoš.

The Indirect Taxation Authority anticipates that having both border crossings in operation will help alleviate traffic congestion in the north of Bosnia and Herzegovina and facilitate international passenger travel.
