The Association of Filmmakers of Bosnia and Herzegovina joined European Film Promotion (EFP) as its 36th member country.
Elma Tataragić, the EFP representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, said, “Bosnia and Herzegovina will both contribute and benefit from this membership as we have a small, but rather mature film industry.”
The Association of Filmmakers of Bosnia and Herzegovina was founded in 1950. There are currently 22 production companies in the country, producing some 15 documentaries and feature films per year.
