After the consent of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ankica Gudeljevic signed an agreement with the Republic of Austria on the procurement of vaccines between the Republic of Austria and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The agreement applies to Pfizer / BioNTech vaccines. These are 200,000 doses that will be paid with IPA funds.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also took part in the negotiations.

“The Ministry of Civil Affairs will take over other necessary activities so that this delivery would not take long and thus continue activities to supply the population with vaccines against Covid 19 as soon as possible,” the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
