kobNot many cities in the world share the similar experience like Vukovar and Sarajevo.

Members of the Bosniak Veterans’ Association of the Vukovar-Srijem County and the Federation of Veterans’ Associations of the Patriotic League of BiH laid flowers at the Martyrs’ Cemetery Kovači and the tomb og the first president of RBiH Alija Izetbegović.

Around 40 members of the Bosniak Veterans’ Association of the Vukovar-Srijem County are visiting Sarajevo. During the visit, they will visit the sites of suffering and killing of the local people and sites that remind of the aggression.

Apart from laying flowers at Kovači, the delegations will visit the Tunnel of Hope and lay flowers at the memorial to the killed children of Sarajevo. Many of the guests from Vukovar have never been to Sarajevo, and they are Bosniaks. This is a truly great experience for them.
