Member of Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik said, after the Republika Srpska delegation met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, that RS and Russia remain committed to the Dayton Accords and respect for international law.

He said that meeting was a confirmation of the good cooperation between RS and Russia in continuity, emphasizing that he will visit Moscow in a few days and meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.

Dodik thanked Lavrov for the time set aside for the meeting and the Russian Federation for its help in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

He especially thanked Russia for its political sensitivity and not missing the opportunity to protect the truth about the Serbian people, emphasizing that the position of RS is now far more favorable.
