Coalition of Three MPs: We are ready for Dialogue, but not with Dodik and SNSD

The representatives of the “Troika” parties (SDP, NiP and NS) in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina have reiterated that they are ready for a constructive dialogue, but not with Milorad Dodik and the SNSD.

“We, the representatives of the ‘Troika’ parties, consider it necessary to reiterate again – and we will do so every time a fugitive from the law tries to return to the table or when any European bureaucrat tries to propose negotiations with outlaws as part of a solution – that the Troika parties (SDP, NiP, NS) are always ready for a constructive dialogue based on the principles and principles of protecting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of BiH, respecting the Constitution of BiH, preserving peace and stability, commitment to EU integration of BiH, strengthening the rule of law and economic development, but not with the fugitive from the law, the outlaw Dodik and his SNSD,” they stated in a joint press release.

They emphasize that the current crisis in BiH, in addition to being, causally, both political and constitutional, is also of a security nature, which has an ambiguous connection with the EUFOR mandate, which is to ensure a safe and stable environment in BiH.

“The adoption of unconstitutional laws in the National Assembly of the RS, which were struck down by the Constitutional Court of BiH, was an act of overthrowing the constitutional order of BiH, which is a punishable offense under the Criminal Code of BiH, just as such an act is punishable in any European country, while the initiation of the procedure for adopting a new Constitution of the RS entity represents the beginning of secession and the overthrow of the Dayton Peace Agreement, peace and stability in BiH, which is punishable under the Criminal Code of BiH, and the same would be treated in any other democratic country. And therefore, once again, the renegade Dodik, Stevandić and Višković, as the initiators, implementers and promoters of the attack on the territorial integrity and sovereignty of BiH, the overthrow of the constitutional order and the threat to peace and stability, can only talk to the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of BiH,” say the representatives of the “Troika” parties.

And finally, the signatory parties of the “Platform for Peace, Stabilization, European Future and Economic Progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina” are fully, as they point out, ready to implement all obligations from the European agenda for BiH, but from the moment when the appointment of the missing Minister of Security unblocks the work of the Council of Ministers of BiH and when further targeted illegal blockade of the House of Peoples of BiH by SNSD delegates is prevented.

“In both cases, in addition to representatives of domestic institutions, European and other international institutions responsible for peace, stability, respect for the constitution and law, and integration and economic progress of BiH also have the obligation and responsibility,” said the representatives of the “Troika” parties.
