Support of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) to reforms of the Judiciary in Montenegro gave positive results, as stated in the newest report about the reform of the magistrates system in Montenegro.
The reform is an example of good regional cooperation that started in 2008 and that was strengthen by signing of Memorandum of Understanding in 2009.
Support of HJPC BiH proved to be essential in this process, and good results are proof of the importance and practical benefits of regional cooperation.
BiH judiciary provides the necessary technical support in order to reform and rationalize the network of judicial authorities in Montenegro and the introduction of communication technology in the Montenegrin judiciary.
