Croatian President about illegal Migrants: The Problem is in BiH

The President of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, believes that the cause of the increased influx of illegal migrants in Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is, in its visa regime, and that this can be solved by BiH introducing stricter criteria for entering its territory.

“Unfortunately, the problem is in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is an operational problem. I believe that no one there approves of it, and I think that it is a problem of the visa regime that BiH has, or rather, does not have with some countries. This can be put to an end “If they want to be part of the EU society, in Bosnia and Herzegovina they must respect the common rules,” Milanović said.

Milanović said that the solution to the issue of illegal migration is not up to Croatia, and stated that he would most expect the Austrians and Germans to do something because, as he says, migrants mostly want to reach the north of Europe, and they are only passing through here, reports Croatian media.

He also believes that the army at the borders would not be a good solution, Srna reports.
