meggleSince the dairy company Meggle Bihac with more than 100 employees and 3.000 subcontractors is the strategic company for Bihac, Mayor Emdzad Galijasevic visited the company yesterday and in a talk with the director, Kemal Hrnjic, became informed about the investments that this dairy company will realize in this year.

Meggle, with 50 million liters of processed milk in the last year, exceeded its production capacities, it has been decided in this company to extend their capacities with the building of the new production facility, installing new software and a new Tetra Pak machine, by which Meggle will be the only one in this part of BiH with the newest technology of keeping dairy products.

“The total worth of investments in this year is 11 million BAM that reflects the commitment of our company to investments and modernizing the dairy company Meggle in Bihac. Upon completion of this investment, dairy production will be modernized and we will make a step forward in increasing the milk processing“, said director Hrnjic.

“In the first five months of this year, Meggle employed 11 new workers and when the milk production increases to 100 million liters per year, it will mean an increase in the number of subcontractors and purchase of milk. This company is investing in this city for years, and because of that, City administration will do everything to help the dairy company Meggle to get all necessary permits and documents for this investment“, said Mayor Galijasevic.
