Delegation of Judicial Institutions of Philippines Visited the High Judicial and Prosecution Council of B&H

tuzilastvoThe delegation of the judicial institutions of the Philippines visited today the High Judicial and Prosecution Council of B&H (HJPC B&H) and met with the President of HJPC of B&H, Milorad Novković, with the Deputy President Ružica Jukić, with a member of Presidency of HJPC B&H Zijad Kadrić, Director of the Secretariat of the HJPC B&H Admir Suljagić and employees of the Secretariat of HJPC B&H.

The aim of this visit is to inform representatives of the highest judicial institutions of Philippines with the way in which B&H courts operate and with the activities and leadership of HJPC B&H in the process of automation.

The USA Attorney Chamber (ABA ROLI) and USA Agency for International Development (USAID), whose offices are located in the Philippines, are organizers of this five-day visit to B&H.

Judge of the Appellate Court of Philippines Apolinario D. Briselas, on behalf of the delegation of the judicial institutions of the Philippines, thanked HJPS B&H for the welcome and for the support in the organization of this study tour, as well as for the opportunity to exchange experiences and information on the functioning of CMS.

Project Director of the legal sector of the American Attorney Chamber Robert LaMont expressed his satisfaction that the representatives of the judicial institutions of the Philippines had the opportunity to get information on the judicial system in B&H, which has successfully passed the automation process and can learn from B&H’s experience.
