Feroelektro Demolition slobodna-bosna.baThe tenement of Feroelektro in the Mula Mustafe Bašeskije Street will be demolished soon, since it cannot be statically upgraded and reconstructed, confirmed the Mayor of Stari Grad Municipality Ibrahim Hadžibajrić.

Hadžibajrić highlighted that the building will be demolished by the Turkish businessman Fatih Kol who bought 35 percent of this private-owned real estate, while the remaining 65 percent are owned by the Municipality.

“Demolition of the building will cost 90,000 BAM, after which the investor intends to construct a hotel,” Hadžibajrić said.
