Directors of “Famus Construction 3” Kemal Karahmet, Miralem Jahić i Dženan Hadžem are with the decision of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo two days ago released.
The lawyer Asim Crnalic confirmed for Klix.ba that Karahmet, Jahić and Hadžem are now with their families.
“Further procedure depends on the Prosecution. It is logical for me that they are defending themselves from freedom and I would not make any problems regarding this. There are no circumstances for which they would need to be in the detention. This is my opinion, but the Prosecution probably thinks differently, “said the lawyer Crnalić.
These three directors are on the order of the Prosecutor’s Office arrested on January 30th in Sarajevo. The suspects as responsible for a serious accident that happened at Marijin Dvor where two workers, Enes Halilovic and Razim Halilovic were killed.
