The temporary Management Board of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo initiated the dismissal of the general director of the Clinical Center, Sebija Izetbegović.
Sebija Izetbegović has eight days to file an appeal, after which the KCUS Management Board will make a final decision on her dismissal at the next session.
A few weeks ago, the Sarajevo Canton Government sent a request to the FBiH Government for the dismissal of Sebija Izetbegović because she no longer meets the requirements for the position of director because she has no academic titles.
She should be replaced as acting director by Alen Pilav. Otherwise, Sebija Izetbegović’s mandate expires in January 2024.
