Dodik: I expect 4 Delegates in the House of Peoples of the PABiH

SNSD leader Milorad Dodik said yesterday that he expects this political party to have four delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH).

”According to what we have discussed with our coalition partners, this should not be a problem, but I cannot say for sure, bearing in mind that everyone has ‘jumped’ from the region, the United States (U.S.), the United Kingdom (UK) to talk to every delegate and try to break their will,” Dodik stated.

He added yesterday that ”last night some people were invited to Belgrade to talk in who knows what format with some people who are not the government”.

”The U.S. ambassador to BiH walked around the Republika Srpska (RS) and interfered in internal affairs. The British interfere in political life every day, threatening, appealing, encouraging, and whatnot, and everything suddenly became important. It is important because we had the incorrect claim that out of five delegates in the House of People, it was imposed that the simple majority was four, even though mathematics says it is three,‘‘ Dodik explained.

Therefore, he reiterated that it is important that the SNSD has four candidates in order to protect the interest of RS in the best way, which the SNSD does best.

Moreover, Dodik says that SDA leader Bakir Izetbegovic is calling on the opposition from RS to jointly form a government at the level of BiH, which is mathematically possible, but functionally impossible.

”We’ll see, the SNSD coalition has an absolute majority in RS, so we’ll see what’s possible and what’s not,” said Dodik.

In the end, he repeated once again that the RS does not want BiH created in the embassies of the U.S. and the UK, countries which, as Dodik stated, were always against the RS and were collapsing it to the extent that it could not exist.
