Dodik speaks about priorities in the RS

DodikWhen asked about the construction of the Belgrade-Sarajevo highway, the President of RS Milorad Dodik said that he agrees more for construction of a road that would cover the territory significant for the RS. The section would be a unique route from Zvornik via Milici, Vlasenica, Han Pijesak, Sokolac, and towards Rogatica, Visegrad and Pale.

“That route could not finish in Sarajevo, but should cover this area in the RS”, said Dodik.

“For us, the construction of Belgrade-Sarajevo highway is not priority. The highway that would undoubtedly cover the territory of RS is more important for this entity, and it should be seen as the best and most convenient route”, added Dodik.

Dodik added that the details and decisions about the highway will be taken by the competent institutions.
