dodikThe President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik stated that the RS is not giving up on decisions about the activities of the referendum and that it will be held after all.

“The Constitutional Court of BiH is acting as a political authority for a long time and acted as one in this case. It is impossible to find the legal basis for this decision. As for us, we will not give up on our decisions about activities for the referendum and it will be held after all,” said the president of the RS.

The Constitutional Court of BiH rejected the request of the National Assembly of the RS to change its decision on the 99th plenary session, which confirmed that the 9th of January is considered as unconstitutional as the Day of the RS, and adopted a temporary measure on suspension of the decision to call on referendum in RS.
