The Prime Minister of RS Aleksandar Džombić and the Head of the EU Delegation in B&H Peter Sorensen talked about the necessity of a population census in B&H. Sorensen expressed the determination of the EU to help financially through IPA funds, in order to complete the population census in October 2013.

Džombić  emphasized that RS has always been in favor of the population census, because it considers that this data is essential and necessary for a more serious  process of drafting  and implementing all strategic plans. The entity Prime Minister also added that it would not suit anyone to insist on further requirements that would further slow down this process.

At the meeting in Banja Luka, they also talked about the fulfillment of requirements for the approval of the third loan of the standby arrangement with the IMF. They confirmed that RS fulfilled all requirements, but in order for the loan to be approved, the requirements need to be fulfilled on the level of the whole country.
