The best BH tennis player Damir Džumhur, prepares for the Wimbledon at the tennis courts in Visoko.
Džumhur found out that Visoko has lawn tennis courts, so he decided to use them to prepare as good as possible for what awaits him at Wimbledon.
„Recently I found out that Visoko has a lawn court. This morning I went and practiced, I am happy because it is a great opportunity for me to prepare on the grass in B&H before departing to England. Practicing on clay before playing on grass makes no sense. Playing on the lawn court immediately made the preparations better. I am content with the conditions, I am generally surprised that such a court exists, as well as by its condition“, stated Džumhur.
He plans on raising his form to the highest level before the grand tennis tournament.
„I feel competitive, and I will also have a few matches on grass before Wimbledon, which will help me to prepare better and raise my form to the highest level“, our tennis player said.
Damir is traveling to England this week already.
„On Wednesday I am traveling to Liverpool where I will play an exhibition, and next week I will probably play the ATP tournament of the series 250 in Nottingham, and Wimbledon comes after that“, Džumhur concluded.
He is currently ranked the 88th player on the ATP list with 539 points.
Wimbledon is held from 29th of June to 12th of July, and its prize fund is 37 million Euros.
