ERA-EDTA CME Course-Leading European Experts in Sarajevo

FOTO ERBP 400On the occasion of the ERA-EDTA CME course on Saturday, 22 March at 13:00 in hotel ‘Bristol’ in Sarajevo, a press conference will be held of the Association of Doctors for Nephrology, Dialysis and Kidney Transplantation in B&H (UNDT BiH). Prof. Dr. Halima Resić, President of UNDT and Head of the Department for hemodialysis KCU Sarajevo, Dr. Mirela Busić, Main Coordinator for South East Europe and Prof. Dr. Senaid Trnačević, UKC Tuzla.

The course ‘news in kidney transplantation for improving programs in developing countries’ ERA/EDTA-CME Course (course continuing medical education) is the most important European course in kidney transplantation this year. With the support of ERA-EDTA (European Association for Nephrology, Dialysis and Kidney Transplantation) and ISN (World Association of Nephrology) in Sarajevo will gather 120 experts from this area, including the leaders of all transplantation centers. The aim was to investigate the possibility of improving transplantation in Western Balkan countries. A special part of the course will be the promotion of ‘Transplantation and Donation of Pairs’, which will be presented by Prof. Dr. Francis Delmonaco, President of the World Transplantation Committee.
