Exports from BiH increased by 18 %?

Exports of goods from BiH amounted to 10 billion and 130 million BAM in the eleven months of this year, which is by 18 % more compared to the same period last year.

Import to BiH amounted to 16 billion and 638 million BAM during the same period, which represents an increase by 13.5 %. The export-import coverage was 60.9 %, while the foreign trade deficit amounted to 6 billion and 508 million BAM, according to the Agency for Statistics of BiH.

Export to CEFTA countries amounted to 1 billion and 624 million BAM, which represents an increase by 29.1 %, while imports amounted to 2 billion and 111 million BAM, which is by 12.4 % more in comparison to the eleven months of last year. The export-import coverage to CEFTA countries was 77 %.

When it comes to exports to EU countries, it amounted to a total of 7 billion and 261 million BAM in the eleven months of this year, which is by 17.3 % more than in the same period last year. Imports amounted to 10 billion and 136 million BAM, which is by 11.4 % more in comprison to the same period last year. The export-import coverage to EU countries amounted to 71.6 %.
