news-2013-Juni-bihac_bolnica_vatrogasac_332971331Half a million KM have been donated to the cantonal hospital “Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić” in Bihać for the reconstruction of the building, which suffered tremendous damage in the fire on 26 July, announced today the Press Office of the government of the Una-Sana Canton.

These are funds that have been allocated by the FBIH government, as promised by the FBIH Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, who visited the hospital together with the relevant federal ministers on the same day of the fire.

“The FBIH government has provided 500.000 KM for the hospital in Bihać and we called on all federal ministries to place themselves at disposal and to help this hospital’’, said Nikšić in an interview with the Director of the hospital Hajrudin Havić and representatives of the government of the Una Sana Canton.

Until now, the hospital collected around 2 million KM for the reconstruction of the hospital. Institutions and individuals are calling up every day in order to provide assistance.
