A group of former workers from the Zenica Brown Coal Mine gathered for the second time today in front of the gate of the Stara Jama plant.
47 of them, who were eligible for retirement in 2025 due to unpaid contributions since 2009, have still not exercised that right.
The trade union organization of the Zenica mine said that they were promised that the linking of seniority would be done through a grant of three million provided by the Federation Government and the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, but this has not yet been implemented.
They are also announcing a hunger strike on Monday if their problem is not resolved.
