Film ‘Forger’ by Goran Marković opened last night the Film Campus in Pale, which will last until Saturday, 29 June. Students and professors from Banja Luka, East Sarajevo, Pale and Belgrade will participate at the campus together with film historians, critics and archivists, reports palelive.
During the campus students will have the opportunity to attend lectures on film history, animation, film music, analysis of practical experiences, trends in contemporary film production, etc.
Sponsor of the ‘Film Campus’ is Ministry of Education and Culture of RS, and the program is co-financed by BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs and the support came from Yugoslav Film Archive and ‘Građenje’ Pale and hotel ‘Damis’.
The film ‘Forger’ that opened the campus is a comedy situated in the sixties. The film’s hero Anđelko, principal of the primary school in Krajina, leads a modest and harmonious family life and he is appreciated by his town folk and loved by his friends.
Anđelko, however, has a serious flaw, he forges school diplomas, which is a practice he’s been doing for ages and he does it because he believes he’s doing a favour to someone and does not get paid for anything, said ‘Balkan Film’.
