Sarajevo Film Festival will open the doors of its 22nd edition on the 12th of August, and the famous Open Air Cinema of the SFF, famous Metalac, is slowly getting its distinctive festival appearance.
Open Air Cinema Metalac is a favorite place of film lovers during the Sarajevo Film Festival.
Movies from the Open Air Programme are premiered in Metalac, and besides a selection of the best films that the Sarajevo Film Festival presents to the audience, watching movies on the biggest screen in the region under a clear summer sky represents a special experience.
Besides the premiers of new BH films, within the Open Air Programme the audience can see the top quality European films, independent American production, as well as films from the recent documentary production.
The projections in the Open Air Cinema are often held in the presence of a crew of the film that they represent.
Public will be informed about the details of this year’s Open Air Programme selection on Monday.
