International competition ‘Humanijada 2013’ in organisation of students of Medical Faculty of Sarajevo and Student Parliament of the University, will be held in Fojnica from 8 to 12 May, reports Fena.
More than 500 students, 22 faculties, 12 cities and 5 countries will participate in this competition.
The competition will be attended by the Faculty of Health Studies Sarajevo, Sarajevo School of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical University of Zagreb, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Zagreb, Split School of Medicine, School of Medicine, Tuzla, Sarajevo Faculty of Veterinary, Faculty of Medicine, School of Dentistry, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences Zagreb Pharmacy and Biochemistry, School of Medicine, health Studies Vukovar, Mostar Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of health Studies Mostar and Sarajevo School of Medicine.
Concept of the competition aims to connect students of medical sciences from the region in order to make cooperation through numerous sports activities and scientific seminars, as well as to acquaint with different cultures of former states of Yugoslavia.
‘Humanijada 2013’ will last for 4 days and students will compete in different sports: futsal, handball, basketball, volleyball, tennis and they will also have several seminars.
Fojnica Municipality has recognised the significance of the project and it will support its realization and in that way it’ll present Fojnica in the best possible way, and also the municipality will give its contribution to promotion of sports and health, said Fojnica municipality.
