Fountain is made under the project of construction of the main city road in Zenica, that is, as part of decorating of roundabouts. Fountain is located at the last built roundabout in Zenica, at the entrance to Zenica from Blatusa loop and highway M-17.

Fountain, built by the company Grizelj, is equipped with lighting, a central sprinkler that throws water over 5 meters in the air. For safe flow of traffic and not wasting water down the road at the roundabout, sensor based on the wind is installed in order to regulate the pressure and intensity of water draining.
