The Sarajevo Canton Minister for Agriculture Emir Hrenovica and representatives of the French textile industry Olivier Medros and Laurence Neree spoke with the mayor of Vogošća yesterday on the potential of this municipality, which is reflected in the two industrial zones and the duty-free zone.

Given that Vogošća in the new industrial zone invested millions, all necessary infrastructures has been secured for potential investors, which prompted this delegation to consider investing in the industrial zone.

During this month Mayor Smajić would speak once again with the Minister and French investors on the potential of the visits and to gain a better knowledge of the industrial potential in this municipality.

Minister Hrenovica said that he is satisfied with what has been done so far in Vogošća, and added that this year the Ministry budget plans to allocate funds for the industrial zones.

Mayor Smajić said that this is of great significance because it would create new jobs in Vogošća, in a statement from his cabinet.
