The Head Office of the Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Border Police on Wednesday received the handover of a donation of specialist equipment by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Construction and Community of the Federal Republic of Germany to the BiH Border Police.

Director of BiH’s Border Police Zoran Galic, received Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Bosnia and Herzegovina Margret Webber, who also made her first visit to a state-level police agency.

Director Galic and Webber signed agreements to donate five GPS devices, 55 mobile chassis readers and protective equipment to police officers totaling 75,000 euros.

During the meeting, they discussed the continued support of the Federal Republic of Germany, which has so far donated approximately nine million BAM worth of equipment to BiH Border Police and organized a large number of trainings for officers of the BiH police agency.
