Flour type 500 from “Klas“ is the winner of the Gold medal for the quality at this year’s 42nd International Fair of Agriculture and Food Industry held in Gradacac.
Flour type 500 from “Klas“, in the package of 25 kg was among other exhibited products that entered the short list of the quality evaluation, that took place at the Faculty for the Agriculture and Food Science at the University of Sarajevo.
This is one more confirmation of the quality of flour from “Klas“ and we are very happy tha this time, after international medals of the highest rank, the confirmation comes from the domestic referent instances such as the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science from Sarajevo. “Klas“ is the leader of the mill-baking and the food industry in B&H, and we achieve the highest quality of the flour by purchasing the first-class wheat, production in the accordance with the internationally recognized quality management standards ISO and HACCP, application of Halal norms, but also a rich production experience of 113 years“, said Rusmir Hrvic, director of the company Klas d.d. Sarajevo.
Wheat processing mill from “Klas“ is the biggest and the most modern on in the Southeast Europe, whose total installed capacity is 450 tons per day. It is about the tower mill, where the equipment is installed at the upper floors, while the storage areas is at the lower floors. Thanks to the new equipment, purchased in Italy, productivity of the production is increase, while the complete production process in the mill is computer-managed and automatized, as announced from “Klas“.
