The Government of FBiH approved Funds for Displaced and Returnees

b_150219124The Government of FBiH has today, on the basis of the decision about temporarily financing of FBiH for the period from January 2015 to March 2015, approved 2.340.000 BAM to the Federal Ministry of  Displaced Persons and Refugees, on behalf of the transfer for displaced persons and returnees.

As a part of the Plan of return, revitalization, construction and development for the first three months of this year, in the segment of reconstruction and revitalization of individual and common type buildings, the building material will be assigned to users whose objects do not meet the minimum of housing standards.

The Ministry will approve additional funds for users who are not able to incorporate the building material with their own fund.

Those funds will be used by users in building material who are not able to incorporate it by themselves, like social cases, disabled, families with no or with a minimum income, seriously ill and similar categories.

With the reconstruction of individual housing units by the system “key to hands“ , objects of families from vulnerable group and those in need, will be reconstructed.

With the reconstruction and revitalization of housing units to users of collective and alternative accommodation through different models of housing care, including the model of non-profit- social housing, permanent housing for these persons will be enabled.

The selection of users of mentioned Programs will be made on the basis of results of conducted public calls of the Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees.
