The current Vice President of the USA and the candidate of the Democratic Party for the President of the United States of America, Kamala Harris, gave her last campaign speech in Michigan, and as expected, she paid a lot of attention to the issue of Gaza.

Given the size of the Arab-Muslim community in Michigan, Harris chose this part of the US as one of the places where she will deliver some of her closing speeches.

With her and Trump tied in the polls in Michigan, Harris made a clear appeal to all voters at the start of her speech.

“I want to say that this year has been difficult, given the scale of the death and destruction in Gaza and the civilian casualties in Lebanon. It is devastating and I, as president, will do everything in my power to end the war in Gaza, bring the hostages home, end the suffering in Gaza, ensure the security of Israel and ensure that the Palestinian people can realize their right to dignity, freedom and self-determination,” she said.

She also said she would turn the page on a decade of politics driven by fear and division.

“America is ready for a new beginning, ready for a new path forward, where we see our fellow Americans not as enemies, but as neighbors. We are ready for a president who knows that the right measure “The leadership is not based on who you tear down, but on who you support,” she explained in her speech.
Although the campaign is coming to an end, Harris said there is still much to do.

“We still have a lot of work to do. But I like hard work. “Hard work is good. Hard work brings joy. We will win,” Harris concluded.

By the end of the campaign, Harris is scheduled to visit voters in Atlanta, Detroit, Las Vegas, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh and Pittsburgh, Klix.ba writes.
