The BiH Prosecutor’s Office has proposed to the Court of BiH to extend the detention of BiH Minister of Security Nenad Nešić for another two months, and a hearing on this will be held today, Nešić’s lawyer Senka Nožica told Srna news agency.

She specified that today’s hearing on the extension of detention is planned for 1:30 p.m.

The Court of BiH ordered a one-month detention for Nenad Nešić on December 29. Detention was also ordered for the director of the company “Legend” Mladen Lučić and the director of “Putevi Republika Srpska” Milan Dakić.

They were arrested in December last year as part of the “Tunnel Two” operation.

The BiH Prosecutor’s Office charges them with “association for the purpose of committing criminal offenses, abuse of official position or authority, and accepting bribes.”
