High Representative Christian Schmidt met with representatives of the Association of Mothers of Srebrenica and had an extensive conversation with them about the importance of reconciliation, OHR announced on the X platform.

”Regardless of the persistence with which different parties try to prevent dialogue and coexistence, we agree that this country needs cohesion and trust to ensure that future generations live in peace. No one benefits from ignoring suffering and injustice,” said the high representative, according to the publication.
